General Terms and Conditions
This page contains the general terms and conditions of Milène Evers. These are intended to protect both parties. General
The delivery and payment conditions apply to all orders and agreements. If you place an order, you are agreeing to the general terms & conditons of Milène Evers.
Payment
Advance payment must be made by bank transfer.
Shipping
After receiving payment, jewellery will be shipped within 3 days and smaller size paintings within 10 days to the address you provided. Bigger size paintings can only be picked up in Alkmaar. In this case payment could also be made in cash upon picking up the painting.
In the unlikely event that shipping takes longer, an e-mail will be sent to you. Products are shipped with PostNl. You may also pick up the items at my home in Alkmaar. You will need to make an appointment by email or telephone.
Shipment of paintings will cost €15,00 - €20,00 per registered mail (depending on size). Shipment of jewellery will cost €4,00, by registered mail this will cost €8,00.
These rates apply within the Netherlands. For shipment to other countries, please contact me.
Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order by email at no extra cost, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. If you have already paid for the canceled order, you will receive a refund. If the order has already been shipped the returns criteria mentioned below are applicable.
Returns
If the ordered item does not meet your wishes, you can return the item within 14 days with sufficient postage and well packaged. I advise registered mail. The invoice amount will be refunded after receiving the item. Returns may only be made after notification of this by e-mail to Milène Evers. You must do this before returning the item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be in original condition and undamaged.
Liability
Milène Evers is not liable for loss and/or damage of goods during shipment and, if applicable, during return shipment.
Images and specifications
Milène Evers always tries to give an objective description of the article. All images, information on dimensions, colours etc. on the site are approximate, they are indicative.
Personal information
The information you provide will be used only to fulfill your order. If you ask a question using the contact form your contact information will be used only to answer your question. Your email address might be used for mailing about future exhibitions. Milène Evers will not provide your information to third parties.
Modification
Milène Evers reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions, prices and content of the website interim. All rights are reserved. No part of this website may be copied, stored and/or distributed without written permission from Milène Evers.
